There is a complex enhancing lesion in the left parietal lobe.  It could be described as a "bag of worms" or a tangle of serpiginous vessels.

There is arterial flow from anterior (arrowhead) and middle (arrow) cerebral artery branches to supply the lesion (*).

The nidus (*) has a single large superficial draining vein (arrowheads) which connects with the superior sagittal sinus (arrow).

Anterior (arrowhead) and middle (arrow) cerebral artery branches supply the nidus (*).

The draining vein courses superiorly (arrowheads) to the superior sagittal sinus (arrow).
