History/Physical:

61-year-old right-handed female.

Left-sided facial numbness over the past year.

The mass (*) involves the internal auditory canal (arrow) and left cerebellopontine angle.  The cerebellar cortex surrounds the posterior surface of the extra-axial mass.

Tx: Suboccipital craniectomy and resection of lesion.

Diagnosis: Schwannoma
