History/Physical:

67-year-old right-handed male.

Headache for one month. Bumping into objects on his left.

Diagnosis: Glioblastoma, IDH-wildtype

Necrosis (above) accompanied by a pseudopalisade of tumour cells.

Select tumour cells express GFAP.

Nuclear ATRX expression is retained.

IDH-1(R132H) mutation is not expressed.
Additional studies revealed a TERT promoter mutation and no IDH-1 or IDH-2 mutations.
