History/Physical:

26-year-old right-handed female.

Chronic refractory epilepsy, with right temporal spikes on EEG.

Ill-defined intra-axial right temporal pole lesion (*).

The lesion is just anterior to the temporal horn (arrow).

There is high signal in the subcortial white matter (arrow). There is a cystic area in the cortex (*).

On FLAIR, the simple fluid in the cystic component has low signal (*).

Diagnosis: Angiocentric glioma

Higher magnification of radial angiocentric (arrows) orientation of tumour cells.
