75-year-old right-handed male.

Onset of mild left-sided weakness over 18 months.

Prominent vessels at the tumor margin (arrowheads), including transosseous collaterals (arrows). Additional small tumor arising from the falx (*).

Tx: Craniotomy and resection of mass.

Diagnosis: Meningioma
