History/Physical:

65-year-old right-handed female.

Gradual onset of personality changes over two years noted by family.

Mild headache recently.

Slightly hypointense left frontal mass (*).

The left frontal cortex is present along the deep margin of the mass (arrows). This finding indicates the mass is extra-axial.

Diagnosis: Meningioma

This lobular, spindle-cell lesion demonstrates a streaming pattern and collagen deposits (arrow).
