History/Physical:

76-year-old left-handed male.

Progressive occipital headache for three years.

Enhancing mass with irregular margins (*) at the level of the medulla (arrow).

The mass encompasses the vertebral artery (arrow).

Diagnosis: Meningioma

Lobular tumour with fibrovascular septae.

Small whorls (*), minimal pleomorphism, oval nuclei and intranuclear pseudoinclusions (arrow) .

The tumour cells express EMA.
