79-year-old right-handed female.

Progressive emotional lability and personality change for two years.

Decrease sense of smell on examination.

Large mass between the frontal lobes (*).

The mass arises from the planum sphenoidale (arrow).

The mass also involves the cribiform fossa (arrow).

Tx: Bifrontal craniotomy and resection of mass.

Diagnosis: Meningioma
