History/Physical:

47-year-old right-handed female.

Fatigue and nausea over the past three months. First seizure on the day of presentation.

The non-enhancing mass (*) in the right temporal lobe involves the cortex and subcortical white matter.

The mass (*) causes local mass effect with sulcal effacement.

Diagnosis: Oligodendroglioma, grade 2

Tumour cells are evenly spaced and frequently arranged in linear enfilades (arrow) on a fibrillary background with fine-calibre, branched vessels.
