History/Physical:

73-year-old right-handed male.

Progressive obtundation over one week.

Decreased level of consciousness on admission.

Heterogeneously enhancing mass centred in the medial left frontal lobe (*).

The mass extends into the right frontal lobe through the corpus callosum (arrow).

Diagnosis: Oligodendroglioma, grade 3, IDH-mutant, 1p/19q co-deleted

Tendency for linear alignment of adjacent cells with rounded nuclei. There are frequent mitoses (arrows), fine calibre vessels and microcysts (*).
