52-year-old right-handed male.

Left facial numbness for two years.

Heterogenous mass in left Meckel's cave (arrow) extending posteriorly into the prepontine cistern (*).

The mass involves the left cavernous sinus and Meckel's cave (*).

The extra-axial mass enhances avidly (*).

Diagnosis: Meningioma, clear cell

Cytoplasmic clearing, round/oval nuclei, and interstitial collagen bundles (*).
