History/Physical:

62-year-old left-handed female.

Progressive frontal headache for six months.

Large mass arising from the anterior falx (*). This is extra-axial - there is a CSF cleft (arrowheads) and cortical buckling (arrow).

There are small vessels in the CSF cleft (arrows). Anteriorly there is a short dural tail.

Tx: Craniotomy and resection of tumour.

Diagnosis: Meningioma, atypical
