History/Physical:

38-year-old right-handed female.

Impaired sensation on left side, worsening over the past year.

The lesion has a hypointense rim compatible with hemosiderin (arrowhead). There is no vasogenic edema or mass effect.

There is a second lesion in the right temporal pole with similar imaging characteristics.

The lesion has a rim of susceptibility from hemosiderin.

The temporal lesion also has a hemosiderin rim.

The temporal lesion has T1 high signal centrally from methemoglobin (*). There is an associated developmental vascular anomaly (arrow).

The superior lesion also has an associated DVA (arrow).
