History/Physical:

71-year-old right-handed female.

Headache for three months.

There has been a recent left frontal craniotomy for biopsy (arrows). There is intrinsic T1 high signal compatible with a small hemorrhage from surgery (arrowhead).

Residual tumour enhances (*).

Edema in the underlying left frontal lobe (arrowheads)

Diagnosis: Lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell, secondary (systemic primary, with leptomeningeal spread)
