History/Physical

History/physical:

50-year-old right-handed female.

Progressive bilateral leg weakness over two years.

Increased reflexes in lower extremities.

Bilateral upgoing toes.

There are small solid foci of enhancement in the cyst (arrows).

There lesion is heterogeneous

There is a fluid-fluid level (arrow) which is from debris layering in the cyst.

At this level, the cyst is more simple and homogeneous.

Diagnosis: Ganglioglioma

Hypocellular fibrillary lesion with prominent neuronal component (arrows).

Pleomorphic neuronal morphologies including ganglionic and binucleate examples (arrow).

Neuronal expression of neurofilament (arrow).
