History/Physical:

55-year-old right-handed male.

Progressive headache over one year.

Progressive right-sided weakness over the past three weeks.

Solid/cystic left frontal mass with subfalcine herniation (arrow).

The solid component enhances strongly (*). There is dural enhancement (arrows). It is difficult to determine if the mass is intra- or extra-axial.

Diagnosis: Hemangioblastoma
