History/Physical:

52-year-old right-handed female.

Left hemianopsia progressive over past three months.

The lesion in the posterior right cerebral hemisphere has mass effect (arrows). There is effacement of the occipital horn and sulci, which remain intact on the left (*).

There is irregular rim and internal enhancement. Note the small round flow voids (arrows). These indicate neovascular proliferation to supply this lesion.

The heterogenous mass (*) is surrounded by homogeneous hyperintense signal (arrows).

The central area of this lesion has irregular enhancement (arrows).

Diagnosis: Glioblastoma, IDH-wildtype
