History/Physical:

78-year-old right-handed male.

Neck pain and bilateral leg weakness for one month.

Increased reflexes in lower extremities bilaterally.

Tx: Cervical laminectomy and resection of lesion with spinal stabilization

Diagnosis: Plasmacytoma

Many of the lesional cells have "clock-face nuclei" (arrow) and eccentric pale cytoplasm (arrowhead).
